Compact Unit
Compact equipment unit
A compact unit is a mechanical device for hot water supply and heating installed between a collective energy supply facility (district heating, etc.) and a final energy usage facility (apartment, officetel, and commercial building machine room, etc.), and is an energy supply device that provides a heat exchanger, circulation pump, automatic control equipment, and internal connecting piping as a single unit.
Special Features
· Provides stable heating and hot water services with standardized facilities
· Provides on-site customized design
· Reduction in facility construction costs and shortening of construction period
· Provides convenience for process and maintenance as a single equipment supplier
· Possesses project response capabilities through a diverse track record of deliveries
Applications
· Multi-unit housing
· Officetel
· Commercial/Neighborhood Facilities
· Other collective energy facilities

Proposals for Compact Equipment Units by Application
Hot water supply dual-stage separation type (heating + hot water supply)
This is a method in which the hot water heat exchanger is separated into preheating and reheating, and heat used in the heating, hot water, and reheat heat exchangers is exchanged through the hot water preheating heat exchanger .
It can be applied for hot water supply and heating purposes in multi-unit housing and commercial facilities.
(Applicable when hot water capacity is 150 Mcal/h or more)

Standard heating type (heating only)
This applies when the heating load is large compared to the hot water load, or when only heating is used.

Hot water standard type (hot water only)
This applies when the hot water load is large compared to the heating load, or when only hot water is required.

Instant water heater
This is a system that produces hot water for domestic/heating and industrial use using a steam heat source. It integrates plate heat exchangers, control panels and sensors, control valves, and condensate discharge components.
